March 8, 2024 – At Sucafina, we are passionate about supporting women into leadership, decision-making, and business – one of the key action areas of International Women’s Day (IWD) this year.
To celebrate IWD and this year’s theme, #InspireInclusion, we interviewed 4 inspiring alumni of Sucafina’s Spark Program, a 3-year program that prepares high-potential employees with management and leadership skills to help them take on new challenges. Throughout the program, learners have access to online training material from Harvard Business School and receive one-on-one mentorship and coaching with highly qualified coaches. Read on to learn more about our Sparks’ career journey and inspirations and their advice for the next generation.
